Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts:

for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
