Shipping Conditions Germany & Austria:

Accessory shipping takes place Monday to Friday.
Live animal shipping takes place Monday to Thursday via GO! Express.
Saturday delivery within Germany is available for an additional charge.
We guarantee the delivery of live animals within Germany and Austria (details below).
We reserve the right to change the shipping date in the event of extreme weather conditions. In this case, we will inform you by email sent to the address provided in the order.
In the event of a delay or cancellation of delivery by the courier, Aquatic Innovations GmbH is not liable for any damage or losses arising from non-compliance with delivery times and/or other dates specified prior to the order.
Live animal shipping cannot be combined with accessory shipping.

Once the goods have been dispatched, the tracking number (Tracking ID) will be sent to the email address provided in the order, if available.
All stated prices include statutory VAT.

Shipping Conditions for Deliveries to EU Countries:

Currently, shipping is only possible within Germany and to EU countries. Shipping to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or other non-EU countries is excluded.

Live animal shipping takes place Monday to Thursday.
Accessory shipping takes place Monday to Friday.
The costs for live animal shipping within the EU are calculated as a flat rate at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs afterward if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to you by email after purchase but before dispatch.
Saturday deliveries are only possible within Germany and Austria for an additional charge.

Packaging:

All our live animal orders are safely packaged for a transport duration of up to 48 hours, ensuring the animals are protected even in case of a possible delay.
We use environmentally friendly, reusable packaging wherever possible. Please reuse our packaging materials.
The packaging materials are provided free of charge in connection with your order. They have no monetary value in the case of a return.

Our Guarantee for Live Animal Delivery:

Our animals are cared for and packaged with the greatest attention. In the unlikely event of a problem with our animals after delivery, please inform us immediately.
Complaints must be sent to us by email within 2 hours of receiving the package. The email must include clear photos of the animals in the unopened shipping container; otherwise, no credit can be issued.
For corresponding losses, you will receive a credit in the form of a voucher for the value of the animal. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Acceptance of Live Animal Deliveries:

Please accept the package even in the unlikely event of a delayed or damaged delivery, as the animals would not survive a return shipment.
In the case of a return, you will bear the costs, and a possible credit for the animals is excluded.
Delivery to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or with “drop-off permission” is not permitted. In such cases, our live delivery guarantee expires.
